Miles and I had quite the interesting day. It ended with to 2 of us sitting in Millennium Park in the rain.

Caleb had a big pitch he had to work on all weekend, so Miles and I were left to entertain ourselves on a rainy saturday. We stared by going on a walk in the rain to check on the garden. I’ll have to post some pictures of our garden. At the end of the block is a community garden and we have a plot. Then we walked to Target with Miles in the wrap. It is a mile walk in the rain, but Miles seemed to enjoy it. He loves being in the wrap.

Later that day Caleb had to go into the office so we went with him thinking that we could play in the kids room at the Art Institute and then the park while he worked. When we got to the museum it was closing early for an event. So we went to Millennium Park and it started raining. (picture above) So we went out for dinner and then walked to Caleb’s office. He still had a lot of work to do and it was already 6:30. So Miles played around the office (opening can closing doors, file cabinets and pushing chairs around). At 7:00 we had to leave Caleb working and went home for Miles bedtime.

It was a very unusual day, but Miles was a trooper.
