Miles can walk!! He is much better at walking than this video but it was shot right before bed. Also, ignore the fall and crying at the end…or maybe don’t if you want an accurate portrait of our new lives. He is so proud of his new skill. Passport!
Today we went to apply for Miles’ passport! Emilie, Miles and I are going to France together. The passport process was horrible and Miles was crying during his photo, but somehow Caleb got him to laugh for a split second! We got a cute picture for his first of many passports. So in 4-6 weeks I’ll show you his first passport.

It has been a long time
Sorry I have not posted in a while.  We have been busy with life and also getting sick.  Everyone is better now, although we are still scared Miles might get the stomach flu.  I’ll try to post pictures soon.  Caroline

Miles new thing is to carry around socks where ever he goes. He will search for a sock and then hold on to it for dear life for hours. Even when it gets in the way of his playing, crawling and standing he will not let go. Beware of taking it away from him. It is so cute!! Enjoy the video. He is almost 10 months here. A joy and a blessing.

First Tooth!
Miles’s first tooth has appeared!  We have suspected that this was coming for a few weeks now.  Miles had a fever for a couple days last week and has had a harder time sleeping. We are also getting ready for Miles’s first Christmas.  The tree went up last night and our first snow fall was this morning.  The tree is beautiful and huge, touching the ceiling.  The apartment smell...
